    Need Help with Error Code 4099-43C5-2800-0F00-C000-0034


    Received the Error Code 4099-43C5-2800-0F00-C000-0034. Tried installing update from USB with same results, and have removed and reinstalled hard drive several times with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I wonder if I should try this update instead, which is different (the first one I tried was 12413, and this one is 16547):
