Need help with Elden Ring failing to load save data

I bought Elden Ring ages ago and have not been able to play it because of this one particular issue. When I load on and press any button, it then comes up saying Failed to load save data. Select “OK” to try again. As I have said I’ve never played this game before so I don’t know why it would display this. I had a similar issue with rocket league but to fix that all I had to do was clear the saved data when managing game and add ons but that didn’t work for Elden Ring. All the information you need to know is I have pretty much 300GB free, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, I have gone to storage devices in settings and cleared the local saved games and Xbox 360 storage multiple times. I have tried many more things but can’t remember some of the things I have tried. Has anyone had a similar issue and know how to fix it, or does anyone have any solutions? Thanks

However, before that, I would like to ask:

Are you playing on PC or Xbox consoles?
What procedures you tried to fix this issue prior to your post creation?

I'm playing on a Xbox Series X and I've tried restarting the game numerous times, restarting and power cycling my console multiple times and even uninstalling and re-installing the game.

Hello Alec, thanks for the additional information. Please try connecting your Xbox console to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot.

In addition, I can suggest you some possible solutions:

A. Go to Console Settings > Network settings > Advanced > DNS > Manual
Use the next address as the primary 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 as the secondary.

Restart your console and try accessing to the affected websites.
You may also want to try with 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary address.

B. Go to Console Settings > Network config > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear
Restart the console and verify if you can access now to the affected sites.
