Need help with controller replacement

I sent my controller for repair and received it back still broken. Tried creating a new repair request but through the Microsoft devices page which doesn’t allow you to select a shipping address. Then I try through Xbox support but it says my controller isn’t in warranty.

Wondering if anyone has a link to a form for a service repair, as I can’t get through the support chat or Microsoft device page.

When I go through that it says my controller isn’t register and to go through Microsoft devices and register it, which it is.

But the live chat then says it’s not in warranty, though I still got about a year left on it.

Then creating a form on Microsoft doesn’t let you select a shipping address as the website is bugged and says add new shipping address. When you enter a new address then press save it goes straight back to the same page saying add new shipping address.

If the warranty end date is incorrect, you can update it with proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, there is no other form as far as I can see to get a service repair.

On Microsoft the warranty end date is mid next year but Xbox says it’s not in warranty
