Need help with bluetooth hearing aids and Xbox

I've also heard of people hooking them up to the Xbox app, but maybe someone knows if you can do it directly. Hope this helps!

I found a reddit post that asks a similar question. There are two options on that it appears. You could try to stream the audio from the Xbox to a PC an listen to it that way or you could buy a Bluetooth transmitter with a jack that would fit into the controller

However, if you can navigate to maybe the accessories or Bluetooth settings on the console I'm sure you could configure the hearing aids just like a headset.

Thanks for your reply. I am so disappointed that microsoft do not support Bluetooth for those with hearing aids. They are making the situation difficult and unsatisfactory to say the least.

We know how important it is for you to connect hearing aids to play games for better quality of gaming. If the device has a way to output sound to your hearing aids then yes, this would be possible. However, this is not possible to Xbox Console if you were to connect your hearing aids via Bluetooth. Fortunately, there is a remote play that allows you to connect console to phone, tablet, or PC by then you may connect your Bluetooth hearing aids on the device you will use for gaming.
