    So i bought my yearly gold card like i always do well actually i waited for last month to do it but still i just look at my gamepass my gold and ea and my gold said it expired at 2019 and my gamepass expire 2021 what up with that did the gamepass take my
    yearly gold card or something i would really like it if someone from Microsoft could tell me whats going on here

    Do you have a standard Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Since Ultimate include Gold it automatically converts standard Gold or Game Pass into Ultimate as well when you add it. If you added the gold card before purchasing Ultimate, it would have converted
    at a ratio of 1:1. If you add Gold after purchasing Ultimate it converts at a different rate and would have added 4 months of Ultimate instead of 12 months of Gold. You can view the chart in the Game

    Then yes, your Gold was converted to Ultimate so it doesn't show as a separate subscription.

    I have looked over it more in-depth and thought that the "Expires on 2019-01-05." was when my membership status runs out, and it is but it is also when the deal ends. Guess I subscribed at the right moment to confuse me.

    Thanks for the help but it never need to come down to the confirmation of the purchase to see it.

    when I try going to someone`s party , it says I need a Gold membership...

    My Gold memberships expires at 2017/1/1....

    It might be best to check if auto renewal is disabled support.xbox.com/my-account/xbox-live-membership/cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

    If you are unable to cancel it with the steps on the supportpage it might be best to contact Xbox Live support by phone or Microsoft Support by chat (

    Xbox Ambassadors/Community Volunteers since this is a Profile/Payment related issue which they have no tools/permission to help with )
