    Need Help with Alpha Skip-a-Head


    I just got accepted in to the Alpha Skip-a-Head Group and went through the update and now I can't access the Insider Hub, the Insider Hub Beta, or even the new Drake Hollow beta. It keeps saying that they're taking too long to start and kicks me to the home page. I even tested it with Call of Duty Modern Warfare which I was playing before the update and the same thing keeps happening. Should I just restart the console or is there something else I can do?

    Xbox One & Xbox X - In Alpha Skip-Ahead Program Question

    I believe you can re-enroll but I don't believe is guaranteed to be in Alpha still.
    If I deregister the Xbox X out of the program, will it also deregister the Xbox One?

    Originally the Xbox One was in Skip-A-Head Alpha. I purchased the Xbox One X, selected registration for Alpha Skip-A-Head, and it was automatically enrolled in the Alpha Skip-A-Head program.

    I got the impression it is tied to the user who not the product. Hopefully someone in the program knows for sure.

    It's pretty much all been explained.As long as you give valuable feedback ( not feedback just for the sake of giving feedback),complete the quests & surveys on the insider app etc. then you'll have more of a chance of getting an alpha invite when a space
    becomes available.

    There's nothing more than that you can do.

    We Beta ring insiders don't wait that long to get updates after Alpha ring. Just keep giving good feedback about bugs and features, and I'm sure you'll be invited soon.

    Just keep submitting feedback so can become a valuable insider for MS, I have been an insider (not for xbox tho) since Windows 8 beta came out a long time ago but I wasn't consistent with feedback and stuff like that
