Need help with adding payment option, specifically where I have to fill in city and province.

this response did help with my current problem because my problem was why should i have to fill out a payment option now but when i used to redeem gamepass/gold codes there was always an option to skip the payment option why was that removed, and a fellow gamer would not let scummy buisness practices slide like the option to not have a payment option filled out so people can keep their privacy and the real reason the option to skip adding a payment option was to prey on people who are forgetful for a quick buck.

The Xbox One works as the website. It will only need the Payment Option on the file to verify your location (to prevent others from outside the region purchasing the game - for example if its a discount offer for a specific region). You will be able to use
the Microsoft Currency for the purchase with no problem if you have a Payment Option added.

Have you tried re-adding or using a different payment option? Are you getting a specific error code?

I selected the UK tab on the bungie site but it took me to that US adress where the card a currently have on my account isnt on the select payment option list so i have to add it again but i cant because of that state/province tab.
