Need help with activision account false permanent ban

I need someone to help me get my activision account unbanned because I have done nothing wrong and would like to look at my case please

I have videos of me playing mw3 and warzone proving that im not hacking or cheating

I got an email saying I was permanently banned. Is this false? I've only had a temporary ban one time before so how long will my account be banned?

Activision Support is really the worst.

No support from Activision on COD:MW

I last played Nov 2021.

I had no online play history (Id: Khaksar3G#5161596)

No support from Activision on COD:MW

The ban appeal page shows no ban

But in game I am unable to play "Permanent Ban"

Blizzard says we cant help you

My activision account was hacked last night. I’ve now been permanently banned for life on cod. I appealed it and they still said no. I’ve put up with hackers for years so it’s feck annoying I’ve been banned due to a hacker.

I play on Xbox but the hacker used PC and hacked my account via battle net.

Does this mean I will need to create a new Xbox gamer account and an activision ID to get back on? My current gamer tag is linked to the banned account 😒
