Need help with active game pass ultimate no games working!!

I have Xbox Ultimate and it’s active. i go on to xbox game pass to look at games cause i can get games with game pass, and i look at the games and it says i need to buy them so i click on the game and it says join game pass ultimate, so obviously when i have ultimate i’m supposed to have the game pass with it, but it says it’s active idk what to do

Fortnite is a free-to-play game so we can play it on our device without having an active Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate but if you will play it through cloud gaming, you will have to get an active Game Pass Ultimate. Since you don't have an active subscription, kindly try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and see if it works.

Cloud game it's only available with Game Pass Ultimate, Game pass for console doesn't work for this and the account must be the one with the suscription active, can't be trough game sharing

did you upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate after getting the code for 12 months Live Gold?

if you upgrade it will say that the Live Gold is cancelled.

if you did upgrade, check that your Game Pass Ultimate is active.

if it is active then everything is working as it should be and you will still have all the features of Live Gold, but they will be under your Game Pass Ultimate subscription instead.
