Need help with account issue

I logged a call about a hijacked account over Christmas. I cannot access this account and it is also attached to my xbox live account. Now, I have raised the ticket and provided all the information they asked for I have a reference number but nothing is happening. I have submitted all the information. The latest was sent of 5th of February which said 'your case is still recovering but we already have all the information we need we just have to wait for the results'

I called my bank to cancel my subscription charge but they were not able to do that so I am being charged for this subscription that I cannot use.

I want to speak to someone, not go through the loops and pages of the contact us which is quite frankly, [mod removed] rubbish and no help at all. I cannot seem to get a call back no matter which option I choose and not matter what I do.

First I wanted to mention that as this is an open forum our ability to help is limited only to advice. What I can suggest to you would be to read through this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com... on the steps you can take to recover your account.

However, if you have a reference number then you would need to speak with Support directly regarding your account as only they would have the info you need. Your best bet would be to log in to https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us to start an online chat.

You would need to call support. If you can answer some account specific questions they will be able to give you the email address associated with the gamertag. 1-800469-9269 in North America.
