Actually that forum would not be the correct place either. That offer wasn't available through the Rewards program, so Rewards support would not be able to assist with that offer. The Rewards program is run by the same people who handle that offer, but Rewards
support can only assist with issues related directly to the Rewards program. The OP has already posted in that forum.

Ive never won anything on microsoft rewards, but the llamas and scratch offs are cool.

I had this issue for about a month. I wasn't getting credit for completing the quests. I contacted Microsoft Rewards support and they were able to get the issue resolved. They are the only ones that can help with the Rewards program.
