Need help with a refund because i didn't recieve the contents off the pack.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.


If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.


When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

How does this make sense? Primarilly I went to the live chat and they sent me here, so why would they send me here if you have no power? Other people have recieved refunds because this problem consists of misadvertising and I know I am entitled to a refund.
The packs are faulty and EA said to go to Microsoft for a refund and the FIFA Points are off your console and store.

It was complete but when I go to manage it says check back at a later time so I requested my refund because the content for the pack never appeared on my game

i guess you didn't read my concern , i didn't even recieve a letter saying : Your Microsoft Store refund has been processed

I did those steps but deleted the map packs not the final assault content or whatever because I didn't have it, I have elite premium idk if that matters,
