Unfortunately no one here can help with this. But what you can do is log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate.

Please remember that only an Advocate can help so do not share the card info with anyone other than them.

The parts that you're missing are included with Game Pass Ultimate. It sounds like you may have been mistakenly paying for 2 different subscriptions before or cancelled the Ultimate subscription.

It means you need to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also includes Xbox Live Gold so you will be needing either Xbox Live Gold or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Just a friendly reminder though that to use the cloud gaming feature you will be needing an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Also, if you're on Xbox Console, PC Game Pass will not work from there. You'll need an Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Thanks for the quick response @ngocphi. So it sound like he needs to get another game pass for the PC. I am getting messages that MS is having server issues. I might wait those out. The Ultimate game pass says it includes game pass for console and PC,
as well as XBox Gold Live. The way they describe it, it sure looks like I should be able to use the ultimate game pass on both devices.
