Need help! Unable to contact human support and lost account with credit card info.

Hello MatheusCastro_970, first, i'm sorry about what's going on, and when you say you tried to recover your account, you're referring to account or password recovery, as you just forgot your password if you have the security information in your account to receive the recovery code you won't have any problem retrieving it.

If your security information is not up to date on your phone/email, you can ask to add one, but the system will go into a 30-day quarantine.

After these attempts, if you really can't access your account, the ideal would be to cancel your credit card with your bank, and request another one.

Weird if you have a credit card info on file you should have more then enough info

you can call support to remove the credit card

but if you really wanted the gamertag did you have service request numbers from ms accounts?

Well then contact phone support using the link I posted above. If you are unable to, then you will need to contact your credit card company and file a dispute.

This does not help me. I have contacted the Microsoft Support and they do not see any errors. I contacted the company of the card I use and all my information on my account matches on both my card and my Microsoft account and my card is still valid, there are no issues there. So I am still lost and unable to make any kind of purchases.
