Need help trying to recover 6 year old account

How long has it been since your last login to that account? accounts and emails get deleted if there's no activity in a long time

Are you sure you have the good email for the account ? Because with the right email you should be able to recover it !!

Since the 5th of April in 2013. The xbox 360 ask email and pasword glitch happened. During that time so I thought my account had been compromised. I created another thinking the original was hacked. The account also hasn't been deleted I know the email
and the gamertag still comes up
