Need help transferring save

So I am trying to move my save files from my Xbox Original Game on my 360 to my Xbox One. The game is backwards compatible on Xbox One so that isn't the issue. After talking with support they said I need to use the cloud so I activated it and when I went
to transfer my save file on my 360 to the cloud, there was no option for me to move it, only delete. Apparently the support people were puzzled by this, has anybody else had this issue? What do I do?

Transferring 360 saves

As you have read the title I am having trouble transferring my saves to my xbox one and need help.

I upload my save to the cloud then I go to my xbox one and retrieve the save and it downloads normally

until it gets to the end and minecraft freezes and returns me to the dashboard.

Yeah you need to transfer your profile back onto your USB stick then transfer your Boarderlands save over aswell.

Hello JoJo,

A license transfer, transfers the license's for all of the content that your have purchased. It does not delete all of your saves.

To transfer all of your saves to your new console, you'll need a transfer cable.

Hi, you should be able to transfer your saved games to the cloud and then transfer them from the cloud onto your new Xbox. But this might require a license transfer from one Xbox to the other. Below are some guide to help you.
