Need help to retrieve my xbox account

Hi, hoping somebody can help. My xbox one has been taken by debt collectors and I was hoping to regain access to my saved game data. I have no idea how to get my account back. I no longer use the email I originally used for it, and I don't know the password.
I have tried to get back into my old email, but I signed up to it so long ago and when I complete the microsoft form it came back saying I haven't given enough info, or correctly. I'm so angry, just lost 2 years progress. My xbox is going to be auctioned off,
but I dot know if this has happened yet, they took it on tuesday. I don't know whether they would allow me to get it back for a minute just to change my password and give it them back, I doubt it though. I'm not really sure on the rules, this has never happened
to me before. I didn't even know they could take things, but apparently so, I looked online for some

advice, here it says they can take games consoles and auction towards the debt. But the xbox probably isn't going to fetch much now, and its all my games I've bought, they're not going to get any money for that. I've spent a lot on games and have loads
of saved games I have now lost. Sorry for ranting, I'm just stressed out, but if anyone can help me get back into my account that would be great, thank you.

Unfortunately we cannot help you here at the forums. You will have to call back the phone support and tell them you want to open an Unauthorized access investigation. They cannot say no. If they can verify that it was out of your control they will get your
account back.

Unfortunately, there's nothing anyone here on the forums can do. You would need to continue trying to work with support to have them run an unauthorized access investigation.

Also, you should not post your personal information on a public forum.
