Need help to get my Xbox game bar to work properly.

It seems that you're having issue with the Xbox Game Bar. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:



1. Make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

2. If resetting the app doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Game Bar app. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox Game Bar > Uninstall. Then, go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the app again.

3. If none of the above steps work, try running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps.



On the other hand, perform system scan. This will scan and recover corrupted system files. follow the steps below:

• In the Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as administrator.
  
• Copy the command one line at a time below it and paste it at the command prompt and hit enter:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

I uninstalled Xbox game bar and reinstalled it still didn't work. I tried everything nothing else worked. I'm on windows 11 by the way.

Here are the additional troubleshooting steps that we can perform:

Make sure Xbox Services are running.

• Press the Windows key + R shortcut to open the Run dialog box. Type services.msc in the box and press Enter.
  
• In the Services window, scroll down to locate the Xbox Accessory Management Service. Double-click on it to open its Properties.
  
• Use the drop-down menu next to the Startup type to select Automatic. Then, click Apply followed by OK.
  
• Repeat the above steps to change the startup type for these services – Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service to Automatic. After that, restart your PC and sign in to the Xbox app again.
  

Additionally, you can use Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC. Follow the steps below:

1. Download the Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC using the link: https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool
   
2. Choose your save destination and then go to that destination to open the file after the download is complete.
   
3. Once the file has been opened, a command prompt will then open and automatically run checks and install needed updates to Gaming Services for your PC:
