    Need help, this problem is really hard to explain.


    So awhile back I redeemed a code for Minecraft: Java Edition and it required me to make a MS account and a Xbox Live account. Perfectly fine up until I wanted to change some stuff on the account since I felt like it would have been better to use a Outlook email on the account instead of a Gmail one. For whatever reason though it made me make ANOTHER Xbox Live account to the new Outlook email and now I'm unable to change anything through the Java launcher. It still displays the older Xbox Live account and attempting to change anything on it results in a dead end because it thinks the new Xbox Live account is the main one (which I didn't even want that to happen to begin with!). Is there any fix for this? I would really like to know since I don't want to lose the game because of one mistake I made.

    To check what options we have may I ask where did you make the changes on your account and what specific setting or change you have made?

    I Can't Join Parties, Even With an Open NAT.

    Talk to your internet provider. Also, Routers are problems for Xbox live. You have to go into the settings for the routers and open the port your Xbox is on. Really hard to explain.

    this happened to me a few times, power off the xbox by pressing and holding the xbox logo on the front of the xbox till it powers off. once powered off, unplug the power cable from the back of the xbox (not from the wall) for 2-5 minutes. Plug it back in,
    power it up and re-sign in. you will still need to insert your wifi password, but it should now accept it.

    ThIs does fix the issue temporarily, but it keeps happening for me. Disconnects, hard resets, and re-entry of passwords are not at all acceptable.
