Discus and support need help thanks! in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i have been buying games and movies for 2 months now shouldnt i have gained points? i am a 4 star vip i thought just for making purchases i get funds...     i have been buying games and movies for 2 months now shouldnt i have gained points? i am a 4 star vip i thought just for making purchases i get funds back? even bought 1 of the deals with gold games

    Party .. Help needed thanks.

    No one will see you dont worry, that only comes into play if you stream via twitch and even then you can turn it off.
    When you get a party Invite just say 'Xbox Launch' and you will go into the party. You should get an invite to the game also.

    Thanks KT, when I enter party does it use the Kinect mic or do I still need the headset plugged into the controller ?

    There was an issue with April payback that caused it to be delayed. Those Credits are now pending in your account. Apologies for the delay. Regarding May purchases, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    here     to find out why Policy Enforcement Action was taken upon you as the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team do not frequent this part of the forums. Gamerscore reset will not be reversed and you will not be able to earn those achievements again.

    Hi there,

    I believe what's stopping you is the Microsoft Account you just made has not been in the system for 30 days yet. Once that period lapses, you should be able to switch your gamertag to that e-mail.
