Need help signing into my account

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

Everytime I try to sign in to my Xbox Account, it just gets stuck in a loading screen, I can't find a way to sign in.
