Need Help - Setting up two Xbox Ones in 1 house for 4 Family Profiles to share and play on...

Family sharing was a joke. What good is it if you can't play the game at the same time. Family sharing = 1 console playing at a time. Not buy 1 game and have all 4 consoles in you house playing together. Are you going to wait 2 weeks for cousin Jim to beat
Halo5 so he can share it with you? Not me I want to play it ONLINE on the day of LAUNCH with my FAMILY. Not possible w/ family sharing. People are so uneducated.

Question currently i have 2 xbox ones in the house only one console can be a family set up to share game pass and live with the family.

When I get the series X will this allow me to set the X and the one as 2 separate family devices?

Each of your kids would need to have their own profile (linked to separate email addresses) if they want to earn their own achievements, etc. They do not need to know their passwords, you can set the console up to remember the passwords when they sign in
if you like.

You can set the console to only log in one profile at a time. Any other profile would need to be logged in as each person plays.

On the Xbox One, you can share one Gold membership among all the family. Head to Settings and scroll right until you see Add to Family. You can add each family member there to set up sharing. If the game supports split screen multiplayer then both kids
can play at the same time. Examples of games that support split screen are Minecraft and Disney Infinity 2.0.

Just a friendly reminder though that setting up a family setting does not mean that the game and subscriptions will be shared to their account, it is a feature where you can manage a child account.

Good thing you have the white one set as Home Xbox, you should be able to play with any of the two profiles because you're sharing the subscription from there.

1. Sign in to your account on the white one.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".

Once done, click your Gamerpic click "sign out", try again after that.

For content sharing (for family use) you need to set profiles within the "family". Both profiles can use all content installed (where possible, some dlc are only binded to the main profile) and Gold.
