need help restoring banned account

Sad to say without even reading your whole post, once perm banned its no coming back from that. I would just suggest to follow the Xbox gaming rules. If you let someone play under your account make sure you can trust them to follow the rules also. https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

Xbox Live Code of Conduct, which states: "Don’t engage in fraud or unauthorized transactions. For example, don’t:

• Lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags

You can go to
https://account.microsoft.com and sign into your account with the Office 365 subscription.

There click on "Service & Subscriptions" in the top menu, and cancel your Office 365 subscription.

As for the refund: You need to fill out this refund request on this website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

As you already found out, and others already told you: you can't appeal your ban anymore, as it's over 12 months old. You could have tried to appeal the ban stating that your kid used your account without your authorization.

But since you already told us here that you GAVE your kid your account, and that you waited over 3 years, there is unfortunately nothing you can do about it now, sorry. :-(

The only way to reliably "share" the content would be through Home console sharing but since it is on a PC your way would be the best. Unfortunately once the account is perma banned its pretty much gone as stated by our

Xbox Code of Conduct. If our Enforcement team deemed it un appealable then its a dead account. Hope this adds clarity and since the answer has been addressed we will be locking this thread. If there are any more issues or inquiries please feel free to let

You would have to go to the Xbox Enforcement site for the ban part. And you would have to contact official support to cancel Office 365 https://support.xbox.com/en-us

Right, i already went to the enforcement part and the "appeal decision" option is a grey box with an x in it, which i assume is Microsoft's way of saying "i don't want to hear it". I was hoping there is another way to open a dialog over this because transferring
a half dozen windows licenses and and an office subscription is alot to go through over a 3 year old ban.
