    I've 5 stars on my Rewards Program so every month I received 10% back of money I spent on digital games' purchases, but last 2 months I've not received money although I've spent 194 euros on digital games. Please give me my 10% back as a 5 stars' program
    member so I can have the money on my account to purchase other games on the Store.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    For example, since your only purchases last month were consumables, which were not eligible for either any offers or MyVIP, you did not earn Credits for their purchase.

    Furthermore, you can also use the MyStatement located on the MyRewards page to see a complete history of your Credits and deposits, beyond your most recent deposit back in July.

    Game has been removed from my library after two months of owning it

    If the store stated as "canceled" it may mean that it has been removed and since this was purchased from a third-party retail store you will be needing to reach out to them to get your money back or to get the game back.

    It means that the Microsoft money currency that you have does not match the Microsoft Store region where you're trying to purchase the item.

    In purchasing the account region, physical location, billing address, payment method, and Microsoft store region need to all match.
