    I would highly recommend updating it to Windows 11 and seeing if it can sort out the Xbox app issue. You can do this by going to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates

    Yes, i can download the game from Microsoft store but why not xbox app as it is more convenient and fix this issue please

    Please try logging out and then logging back into the Xbox app and see if that sorts out the issue.

    If it still doesn't work, use the Microsoft Store app to search and install the game. Let me know if it works.

    It is possible that it is a bug with the app when installing the game. Please go to Settings > System > About. What is the Windows Version you see under Windows Specifications?
