i have tried to access my account but i can not remember the email used for my old account, the email that i originally used for it would not work when i tried to log back in, all of these problems occured after i had sent it off for "fixing", i have tried
every possible method to regain my but to no avail, so i have finally decided to come back to you and ask. doesnt matter what i have tried it just does not work

You need to call phone support then to regain access to your old account.

The same happened to my wife as she had not been on-line for over 12 months. You will need to update your info on your Microsoft account to regain access.
