Need help redeeming items

Have preordered FIFA 17 SUPER DELUXE EDITION and can't redeem my add-ons that I got free with it. The message didn't come through nor did the email, an advisor sent me here. Please could someone redeem them for me? Gamer tag:

redeeming items?

not sure where to post this but here's my question/problem, i had some avatar item redeem codes that i redeemed on my pc instead of console (thinking they'd carryover) but when i click "edit" avatar, from the site it says "open games app" (im using windows
8.1) when in the games app there is no option to edit avatar so i cant change my appearance there, and im aware since the items were'nt redeemed on the console, they will not exist there. Is there some way to get the items i redeemed from my pc to my xbox
360 console or am i ***?? the items were from halo 4 , i really want to "wear" my master chief armor

check to be sure they weren't accidentally overlooked.

I just checked and they are still not there. I really would like these as soon as possible because I need a bit of an in-game boost.

EA Support that explains how you access your packs. As the link I provided yesterday advises, if you purchased your game digitally, that content is automatically added and you do not get a code for them. If you continue to experience issues with in-game
content, you'll want to reach out to EA Support for further assistance.

If you are referring to Microsoft Rewards, it is normal for redeemable items to change over time, you just need to stay tuned to redeem the item you want.

When you gift items to a Microsoft account you will receive those items trough a message with a redeemable code, you need to redeem that code on the account that you need the items

Remember that this will only be received trough Xbox, you can't access the items on other devices, first you need to receive the items trough a Xbox console, even if the accounts are linked, you need to log in a Xbox

If you didn't receive the codes, you can find the codes in the order history of the account that made the gift
