Need help recovering a old Xbox 360 account

I have a account where I know I’m the account owner, but Microsoft doesn’t believe me or they automatically end conversation when I can’t provide necessary information. The account is under a email that is no longer valid. I also forgot my password to that
email too but I’m certain it’s one of three possible passwords I have.So basically there is no way to login into the email. I do not own the Xbox 360 which I played on with the account. So I do not know what the console ID is. I also do not know what the last
4 digits are of the credit card I used to buy xbox live or points. They have expired a long time ago and since they were my parents cards I asked them too. They didn’t know either. All this is information I don’t have. I do know my account security question,
personal info, where I created the account, phone numbers, and emails too. Yet Microsoft still cannot determine that I am the account owner. Does anyone know what to do? I’ve tried all the recovery forms but like i said I don’t have enough info.

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

At the moment if you go to a mates house you can recover your gamertag on their 360, then when you get home you need to recover your gamertag back to your console (unless you use a USB Stick).

I am wondering how it will work with the xboxone? As I dont want to keep recovering my Gamertag everytime I move from my 360 to the xbox one and back again. Will it let you have your account on both machines at the sametime?

well first try 3x and get the service request number from answers.microsoft.com or accounts

Remember every single detail counts including friends achievements and when and last login or servers

Anyways if all else.fails contact xbox support and show them the 3sr numbers and have them open an invalid email case

so I had a old xbox account that was attached to my moms work email and microsoft has stopped accepting work emails for account and when I try to sign into it it says the account doesn’t exist so I was wondering if microsoft has deleted the account or if there is a way to get it back

How old are we talking? When was the last time you logged in?

I ask because if you don't login to your xbox profile for 2 years or login to your associated Microsoft account for 5 years then they do delete it for inactivity.

If the account was already deleted then its too late to try and recover it

help and you need further assistance you need to contact Xbox customer support. What region are you in?

Also, you don't have to start a new account to speak to customer support.
