-The Xbox 360 screen has gone blank, but has sound. Sometimes there is a partial screen trying to come up. We have unplugged, waited a while and reinserted all cables, but still no pic. Any advice?

If you look at the second post it details the ports required for online play that need to be opened in your router. See if that fixes your issues, You may have to set a static IP on the XB1 to apply these settings correctly, if you need help with this, again, let me know

Need help or advice

If this happens to you -- the problem was that I had arrived in a vehicle and had simply left it in the road. The arriving convoy was crashing into my vehicle before reaching the fuel truck. Seems like a silly flaw in the game. Anyway, I moved my vehicle
out of the way, planted the C4, and went up the water tower. Game progressed normally.

A couple of tips;

Are you connected via HDMI, as it is possible for a cable to become defective. So try using a new cable. And if your TV has multiple HDMI inputs try connecting to a different input.

You cannot use a Xbox 360 controller with your phone, however the newer controllers for Xbox One can be connected, as they support the technology. More info and troubleshooting advice can be found
