    I need help. My acount doesn't update (im online) and i cant receive achievements because of this.

    I need help please. One night i was playing my xbox and unlocked an achievement. As that happened a blackout happened and now my acount wont update on the xbox phone app and i cant receive achievement anymore. what do i do to fix this?

    Is the Achievement not unlocking resolved fully?

    It is all fixed no you do not need to load up the title (I haven't heard anyone needed to do this) when you turn on your xbox go to the achievement section and all the ones that were 100% were unlocked over night

    Hello AchievmentMunky, 343 did say they were having problems with Achievements not unlocking for players they are aware of this problem and are looking into a fix. Some of mine started unlocking the other day but some still need to unlock. Also today Xbox
    had a problem with Achievements unlocking so if you got any today this also might be why.

    I have the same problem with championships... But dont worry.

    Turn 10 are aware of the problem and are hopefully working to fix it... There is nothing that you can do at the moment...

    Hello BlakManDan, there was a problem yesterday with Achievements not only yourself were having these problems but everyone else on Xbox one. Your Achievement should unlock by itself in a couple of days some are already unlocking for others. I've had this
    problem too and my achievements unlocked after awhile no need to worry :).

    Hello.

    This method works for achievement not unlocked at all, and for xbox one / series because it is malfunctionning since 2013 and xbox one because we need to be online to unlock achievement ( still a weird choice 10 years later)

    My problem is that my profile is "half" updated and as you can see and that's a 360 game. 360 achievement unlocking has always been instant. And this time as you can see on my previous screen achievements are indeed on my profile, but overall stat is wrong.

    Clearing cache doesn't fix it .

    Please open an incident to l2/l3 team to fix it please.
