Need help on power cord for Xbox One S bought in India to be used in Germany.

1. Do I need to buy any voltage regulators?

Answer: No. Every console from the Xbox One S is automatic bivolt.

2. Do I need to buy a new power cable/ cord?

Answer: Yes, if you want to buy a German cable model.

3. Or just a 2 pin Travel Adapter which fits in Germany power plug is enough?

Answer: It`s enough.

Is this an original Xbox One? Or is this an Xbox One S or Xbox One X? An Xbox One, you should be able to buy the new power-cord + power brick for the country you're going to be playing in. If you want to use your existing cable, you will need a power
converter to change the voltage. Europe and India standard is 230 V / 50 Hz, while the US is 120 V / 60 Hz, so it requires more than just the power cable input adapter to plug into the wall.

The Xbox One and Xbox One games are all region-free (except for China, I think).

You can buy Indian games and play them on a US Xbox One S console, and vice versa.

By the way, the Xbox One S internal power supply is multivoltage, so it should support India just fine. All you'll need to do is to find a replacement AC cord that will match Indian plugs.

You bought your console in the US so if the power supply needs repair/ replaced it will be a US power supply you get back. as you have moved to India you will need to get a power supply that you can use in India the power supply used in the UK is the same
as India you would just need a plug adapter to use it.

Hello Manish, all consoles from the Xbox One S are automatic bivolt (110-230).

Regarding to the power cord, just buy some cable that has the standard outlet from India, or use an adapter.
