need help on minecraft dungeons.

hi, Every time i load minecraft dungeons, i get a microsoft pop up that says: something went wrong. There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser. In have done this and have no idea what to do or what the issue is. Any help would be nice. thanks.

just as this game was migrated or minecraft too? Have you talked to mojang yet?

try Log in to your Microsoft account on account.live.com and check if there are any issues or error messages. Make sure your account is active and in good standing.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft Dungeons. This can often fix issues with the game.

yes i can load minecraft java fine. no i havent, I assumed it was a microsoft issue due to the window.

this is the only game with the issue.

yes i purchased the game on release and it worked fine before the account merging happened. I recently merged my xbox account to my mojang account and it seems to have been successful. I have tried to clear the cache in the launcher too and it doesnt seem to change the issue.
