Need help on enforcement action.

My account was recently banned from play util the 19th. The reason given was very general and did not cite what I said to be given such a ban, and upon using the appeal to clarify it was ruled "decision withheld". Apparently I was banned for homophobic behavior,
and I think (still have not been given specifically what I said) was because I used the word queer. I did not intend it in a homophobic manner:

It is wrong to ban me from playing my games because you THINK I was attacking a genre of people. Who can I talk to to escalate this? If I deserve a ban fine, but this is plain silly and incorrect.

Need help with enforcement action

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not allow case reviews on 24 hours suspensions because it takes longer for them to review the case than the length of time for the suspension. If you're having issues with
other gamers, it's best to report them and block them.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

 

So when you appeal, the people who decided to ban you, get to decide again? Worse yet, it's probably someone who hasn't finished highschool yet so they dont properly understand symantics.

When you appeal a suspension what happens is they look over the evidence (such as messages, voice chats etc) again to confirm whether the suspension was valid.

Given the message you said that you sent the suspension would have been valid since it is a derogatory term for homosexuals and therefore breaks the code of conduct.

If the suspension was upheld then it means your account was investigated twice at this point and was found to have broken the code of conduct.

Follow the rules and you wont get suspended anymore. Pretty simple really.

 

Did you read my first post? The words queer and even gay have their own definitions and can be used outside of offensive context. Since I was chatting casually, it clearly does not fall into this category and the moderators may have
no quite finished secondary school to figure this out. Not to mention that they still not provide me with an exact quote of what I mentioned, which is dumb enough. I just read that they may be giving enforcement duties to members of Live Gold, so clearly they're
not against throwing moderator privileges to a bunch of kids.
