I am trying to purchase a game with a gift card and a credit card but when i try to install it, the xbox says there is an error in the purchase and it doesn´t let me buy it, Plz help me

Cineplex APP: PURCHASE - 3000 Error

Hi,

When we are trying to purchase on Xbox One app, for Cineplex, we are hitting a purchase 3000 error. We need some help on trouble shooting and identifying the root cause of this error. This is currently impacting our ability to make purchase in our SandBox
testing environment, and we require immediate attention.

You shouldn’t need a physical disc if you purchased the game through the store.
