need help on a player harassing me again and again?

all you can do is report and block them guess they keep making new users too keep sending you more messages etc each time just report and block

Awesome! If that doesn't work, can you please tell us who your ISP is and if you're running wired or wireless. There are a few things that can contribute to your problem from them, especially if it's not profile corruption (which was proven by the problem
returning).

Also, seeing that your sister plays, does she play on her own profile on multiplayer, too? If so, does she get disconnected at all?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection.

Apologies if I repost some support steps, I remember your GT but not the exact thread your posted up before.

• When you get disconnected, have you tried running the connection test and seeing if it comes back with an error message?
  
• Does this happen to other profiles on your console?
• Have your tried Deleting your profile, clearing your cache, restarting your console, and then downloading your profile?
  
• Have you tried rolling back the update and reinstalling it?

• • Head into Settings -> System -> Storage
  • Then hover over the storage device that has the update on it and press LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X
    
  • Read and agree to the notification
