Need help networ issues

Can you please test your multiplayer connection and let me know if there will be an error?

General > Networ Settings > Test Multiplayer Connection.

but i dont even think its about the router. its that, whenever i press 'networs' or 'test connection' its tries to send me to that screen but it stays grey, like it just stops and doesnt do anything.. i'll try the router reset thing doe.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last Credit event happened on the 11th, you should see your deposit in this month's end of month deposit cycle that is coming up soon.

When you connect a computer for the first time what happens? does a website come up asking you to agree to terms or to sign in? if so we need to contact your networ administrators and get them to add your xbox's mac address to their white list (a list that
can log on with out the splash page.) If they are unable to add you you need to get their permision to do mac spoofing, internet sharing or bridged connections.
