Did you set up any security proofs,an extra email or mobile phone number for example?

If you haven`t you will have no chance to get your account back,without an email or password.

If this account you've posted on here is the same account you're having problems with you can update your account proofs to fix this issue. To update your security info go here:

When you log in to that link with your Microsoft account, you will be able to change your email address and add alternative email addresses for your account. If possible I would advise that you put your mobile phone number on there too.

Farscape247, incorrect.

The OP hasn't listed why his console was banned. It could be from a previous user or himself. Modified hardware/firmware. Or someone who hacked into his account or used it without his permission. Security Proofs helps, which was
introduced on Xbox 360. It's where you can your mobile phone number and additional email addresses. When the System detects an unusual log in, or for security purposes, Microsoft's System will send a Key Code which you need to enter, to your mobile phone or
email address, and the system will not let you proceed until you've entered in that code.
