Need help. Just replaced my xbox day one console, (game help)

You need to make sure you are signed into the same account that you used to purchase the games previously.

Then, go to My Games & Apps > Games and go to the grey pane on the very far right. Wait a minute and it should populate with the tiles of games you own. Then just click A to confirm and initiate the download.

Have you had a chance to register your Xbox One console before setting up the repair? If not, please make sure your Xbox One is registered, that should allow you to set up a replacement fro your controller.

It might not be the game, dude. I had a similar issue a while back. I'd put a disc in the tray, close it and the console wouldn't pick it up. Now, if you want to try what I'm about to suggest, it's entirely your call. You could do what I did and attach a
Q-tip to the end of a bendy straw and put a little isopropyl (rubbing alchohol) on the Q-tip and attempt to clean the little "eye" on the inside of the disc drive that reads the disc. You need to be very calm and gentle when doing this, though. You'll also
need a good light to help you see inside.
