Need Help in regards to xbox customer support?

Hi I just spent 1 hour on the phone after being hung up on last night and 2 callbacks that hung up on me with no record of it. In regards to trying to get a refund for a digital game. I purchased just cause 3 digital when it first came out. It was such
a buggy mess it wouldn't even play on my Xbox one. So I had them refund my digital copy of just cause 3. I then used that credit for fallout 4. As I started playing it I realized I made a huge mistake I just can't get into fallout 4 I cant stand it. To this
day I only got 35G in the game. I called Xbox customer support first spoke to Cathy wonderful xbox support. She politly explained that It was beyond her authorization and power to do anything. Than I asked to speak to a supervisor that's when I spoke to Sandra.
She was rather rude compared to Cathy said point blank that they don't do refunds. Which I know is wrong I know a few friends that have gotten refunds on digital games. I'm Sorry. I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble or make trouble I;m just pointing
out a severe flaw in the way digital games are handled. I'm being honest here I know I used my digital refund and used it for fallout 4. BUT why should I have to be out of $60 and be forced to keep it on my HD. I know I can just delete it from my HD but that
just makes it more concrete that $60 is gone wasted. I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful but thats wrong. I Don't even want my money back just revoke the licence key and let me download dying light. I played the DEMO and I enjoyed it. Fallout
4 and just cause 3 had no demos. So I didn't know I would've hated it or how broken just cause 3 was. Since they fixed just cause 3 with patches I since then REBOUGHT just cause 3 hardcopy. And Love it. But I am still stuck with fallout 4 and cant stand it
. I'm sorry I know It was several months I understand that. BUT why should I be forced to be out of $60. Can someone please explain this

O ya forgot to mention I've been a member for 10+ yrs. So why should I just be forced to be out of $60. You can keep the money just help me resolve this

Every purchase you make does state that there are no refunds before you complete the purchase. They have started relaxing that a bit and allowing 1 refund a year, but generally you can only receive a refund if there is an actual issue with the game, not
just because you don't like the game.

Sorry, but that's just how purchases work. Not just on Xbox. Even with physical discs, most places won't return the game once it's been opened.
