Need help. I have a total of 19,050 credits pending that will not convert into my account.

I can confirm Smwutches' statement. There does not appear to be any issues with your account, so you should expect your deposit in the mid-December deposit cycle.

Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Once you reach 5,000, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. If you got to 5,000 before the 1st of this month, they should be deposited on the 15th. If you got
to 5,000 after the 1st, they should be deposited on the 29th.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

This is kind of whack guys, why can't we just push a request now button and have them converted immediately? I mean it's not like your company will run out of money or something. But still, that doesn't explain why some people wait months to have their credits
converted. Also, was the request option removed? I don't see it, I need to convert my 20k before the 20th.

That's just how the program has always worked. Pending credits have to remain pending through 1 deposit cycle. The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you cn have credits deposited
before having 5,000 pending first. It's not possible to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account
in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will
be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement
on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
