Need help Home Xbox Says couldn't save your changes.

On my brothers account PaulDaPig I tried game sharing with the home Xbox setting and he had 5 switches and whenever I try on any console it will say "couldn't save your changes" tried a bunch of things like resetting whole Xbox and holding down power button
for 10 seconds please help.

Have you recently changed your Xbox One Home console? If so, how many times have you changed it within the last year? Keep in mind only 5 Xbox One home consoles can be chosen within a rowling year.

Couldn't save your changes home Xbox

I have one Xbox and one account but whenever I try and make it the home Xbox I get

Couldn't save your changes: something went wrong when we tried to save your changes. Please make your changes again.

I contacted support and was given all the default advice from power cycle to factory reset and nothing worked.

If anyone has an idea please share

Chances are you have used all tries with xbox home. Contact xbox support to get help with this issue

I believe that there is currently a known issue about My Home Xbox settings.

You can try to restore your console back to factory defaults (Keep My Games and Apps) as a workaround. It worked for some.
