Need help getting xbox live account unsuspended or unbanned so I can pay the overdue charge

I don't have the option to pay the overdue balance so now I'm not able to play on xbox live what can I do?

hey well I was hopeing for some help with paying an overdue Xbox live account .i am 15 pounds overdue and have 5 pounds in my account but it will not let me pay for some reason ,any help would be Great appreciate it ty .

I need help making a case to be unbanned

Ok, so I really stopped playing xbox live a long time ago. Got tired of paying for it and moved on to PC. What occurred to cause my permanent suspension was I had used a mod tool a long time ago to change my avatars color to purple skin, and they I guess warned me a bunch of times but I never took care to notice and they permanently suspended me for it. I had a bunch of games and my niece and nephew have an xbox now and I want to simply be unbanned so they can have access to all the games purchased in my online library.

I can make a case to Xbox support to be unbanned, but honestly, I don't really know what to even say to even legitimize myself to them. I need your help. If you have any questions about me or my xbox live account or any other questions at all please don't hesitate to ask, thanks

If you have overdue charges you need to pay them before you can use a new xbox live gold code.

It was set to auto-renew but couldnt due to the expired card. How are are there any overdue charges as it couldnt renew the subscription.

To pay an overdue payment go here:
https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and click on "pay now" beside the amount in red. Pay the amount with a credit/debit card and you can then pay for xbox live again or redeem codes for xbox live. After you pay for it you can cancel the subscription
(although it will not continue to charge you during this time it's overdue).

If you are having trouble paying this overdue payment please contact xbox support:

Hi,

Once an account is suspended and is an overdue state the only way to get it unsuspended is to
contact phone support and speak with a billing agent. Since you've already added a new card it shouldn't be hard for them to pay whatever balance is owed from the new card
and simply remove the old card. The reason it's not letting you change the cards around is because it's in a locked state at the moment. You want it to use the second card to charge the account but it won't until the account is unsuspended.
