Need help. Getting signed in

Cant get past the “ sharing data with game & app publishers” screen . I hit continue & it wont load past.

it may be a issue with a cash. If previous topic will not help, try

this

1 power off console holding the power button for 5-10

2 unplug the power cord for 1-3 minutes

3 plugin cord and try to power on

try to powercycle your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds to see if it fixes your issue
