Need help getting off xbox suspension ,

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That would be the only way to have a suspension uplifted.

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

If the suspension is from Xbox Live then you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to open a case review with the PET.
