I must warn you, mate, there's no way to transfer data from one Microsoft account to another. What I recommend you to do, is, once you recover it, add an alias to that account (Alias is another email address which you could use to log in purposes and recovery it in the future if it comes to that) and change your password. And then, keep those informations written down on your phone, or somewhere you would have access to it easily.

Gthang90, every information on the form is actually important to Microsoft, so they could validate those informations as well, I do advise you try to fill out every information asked there, please.
