Need help getting my Reward points

So I preordered both Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Resident Evil Village and both had punch cards for 6000 Reward points but it didn’t let me get any of them

If you preordered before the punchcards began, they wouldn't have counted. If you preordered after and they didn't complete, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently working on resolving an issue that caused our purchase information to be delayed. We see that we have awarded your purchases for Warrior Rewards, and are now working on processing them for Simply Rewarding.
You should see the Credits for that offer pending in the next 1-3 days.

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

You need to be a xbox live rewards member to be able to get the reward points.

If you are a reward member the msp will be added to your pending points in few days
