Need help getting my Elite series 2 controller repaired or replaced.

I previously sent my controller to be repaired a couple weeks ago as the left bumper was becoming unresponsive. I received it back and the left bumper was working but after a few days of use the same problem began to occur but now on both bumpers, they can sometimes be unresponsive needing force for the input to register or even it registers multiple inputs at once. Ive gone on the Microsoft device page to request a new repair as my device is still in warranty but when i get the the select a shipping address page, it doesnt let me select a shipping address even if i add a new one. So i went to xbox support chat where i get told my controller isnt in warranty and should either try troubleshooting methods or purchase a new controller, which i dont want to do as the controller is more damaged after i sent it off than before. Any help would be brilliant.

I have run into a similar issue in the past with the shipping address section. I'd advise getting back in touch with Xbox Support to clarify this as it should be under warranty still if that's what the Microsoft website says. They should be able to arrange another repair for you.

Keeps bringing back to the Microsoft device page where it doesn’t let me get past the shipping address page. Says to enter a new address and once I do and press save, nothing happens and I have to put it back in. When I previously sent my controller it was through a link which took me straight to a form for the service and repair.

It doesn’t work as when I contact the support it says my controller isn’t in warranty so I can’t get it repaired but when I go through my devices on Microsoft the site is bugged and doesn’t let you select the shipping address

My controller is in warranty as it says on Microsoft device.

I’ve tried safari, chrome, Microsoft edge on multiple devices but it still doesn’t let you select a shipping address.
