Need help getting my account back. Microsoft doesn’t think it me

No, my friend bought me a card to input into my fortnite account. I was adding it into my fortnite account and my Microsoft account. The microsoft account I put it on doesn’t exist on the fortnite. I am kindly asking you to understand that there is no possible way of me getting those vbucks back without either a refund or exchange vbucks into the other account.

I’ve tried all of this and it still won’t let me in. I keep getting the same email back starting with “unfortunately”. Are there any other ways because I’m desperate? It’s really irritating that Microsoft takes it this serious. I mean come on. It’s my account and the home profile on my Xbox. Isn’t that all I should need. I need a link to a refund for everything I’ve purchased. I even put my card info into the forum and it doesn’t seem to think it’s right when In reality it is.

On the left side you can see several recovery cases, for example, "Password reset and recovery" or "Locked or compromised account", enter the corresponding section depending on the case you are in.

You may need to fill out an account recovery form where you are asked to submit the necessary information to prove you are the owner of the account, this form can be submitted up to 2 times in case you remember new information.

This did not help it still doesn’t let me reset my password it jus keeps saying not enough information idk what more information y’all want all I’m trying to do is cancel a subscription bud I can only do it from the Microsoft app and it doesn’t let me reset my password I send a request for I can reset my password and all y’all say is not enough info idk why y’all keep saying that If it’s my account y’all needa get me my password back in alr putting everything i know and y’all jus keep saying not enough information and I need y’all to let me reset my password because I need to cancel a subscription and y’all not letting me reset it so y’all just keep charging me for the subscription
