Need help getting into Halo infinite

Semi recently I was mugged and had my phone taken from me and the people who took it accessed my email and microsoft accounts and changed the passwords. Now I am unable to log into Halo infinite and it won't allow me to log in with my new microsoft account. Please could someone help me with this, I'm willing to even completely reset the game and start over again with my progress if necessary.

Hi, I think that worth first trying to recover the account

Hi Josef thank you so much for replying and yes preferably I'd like to somehow recover my account as I have made purchases but if necessary am willing to use any method that will simply allow me to play the game.

This issue is usually caused by Windows setting your laptop's integrated 'Radeon' graphics hardware as the GPU instead of your dedicated RTX 3060.

Try this:

Open the NVIDIA control panel.

The easiest way to this is by right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and selecting NVIDIA control panel. If you're on Windows 11, you'll need to click Show more options to get the NVIDIA control Panel icon to show.

2. Navigate to 3D settings > Manage 3D settings.

3. Open the Program settings tab and select your game from the dropdown menu. If you can't find the game in the list, click 'Add' and find it in this other list. You may need to change the sort to A to Z (see below)

4. Select Preferred graphics processor for this program from the second dropdown menu. Your NVIDIA GPU should appear as "High-performance NVIDIA processor"

5. Click Apply to save your changes.
