Need help getting in contact with refund team.

I requested a refung because a friend purchased a game with my giftcard money, but it was declined because it thinks I played it but it was my friend, I should point out it was only for about an hour is what it said when I made the request. I just
want to contact them so I can get my money back so i can buy what I wanted, and im pretty sure they dont read emails cause I haven't gotten a response for a good bit.

Xbox Support cannot help with in game suspensions. If you were suspended in game you'll need to contact the game support team for more help. However, being banned or suspended is not reason enough to get a refund.
